Job summary

Regal Rexnord, a global industrial manufacturer, seeks a Team Leader for the 3rd shift to supervise the Material Handler group. You will drive production performance, safety, and Lean initiatives while leading a team using industrial trucks and material handling equipment.

The role requires leadership experience in manufacturing, knowledge of lean methods (TPS/6 Sigma), and strong communication. Onsite work at designated Regal Rexnord facility with opportunities to develop leaders and improve

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED with leadership and manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPS, or 6 Sigma methods.
• Post-secondary education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities relating to production performance.
• Coordinate material associates and guide development.
• Continually improve safety with proactive safety behavior.
• Maintain and improve housekeeping on the shop floor.
• Collaborate and implement Lean manufacturing processes.
• Lead communication between team members, shifts, and cells.
• Operate industrial trucks, hoists, tuggers, and pallet jacks as needed.
• Load/unload materials, prepare skids, stock production cells, keep area orderly.
