Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Jasper, TN is hiring for a general production role on the night shift, on-site with full-time hours.

Base pay is $19.50/hr plus $1.00 shift differential; night shift is 7pm–7am, rotating 2-2-3. Benefits start day 1 and 80 hours vacation are provided; on-demand pay is available.

Candidates must lift up to 86 pounds and work in a loud environment with safety training.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and perform basic math as duties require
• Able to learn to operate forklift safely and efficiently
• Good manual dexterity and color/weight accuracy required
• Safety training and procedures must be followed at all times

Responsibilities

• Set up grinder workstation at shift start and prepare materials
• Feed scrap materials and monitor grinder operations to prevent overload
• Ensure proper labeling, color consistency and safe operation of equipment
• Maintain housekeeping and safety checks throughout shift
• Assist with maintenance and daily inspections as needed
