Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must read, write and perform basic math.
• Must be able to lift up to 86 pounds solo, 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Set up grinder workstation at shift start and ensure proper positioning of materials.
• Manually feed scrap materials into grinder; monitor operations to prevent overloads.
• Keep scrap racks and flowbins stacked and in correct locations; ensure color consistency.
• Distribute regrind in flowbins and log inventories daily.
• Inspect grinders and safety gear; complete daily forklift and equipment checks.
• Perform other related duties as required and support maintenance teams.
