Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Tennessee is hiring for a full-time production associate on the night shift (7pm-7am), with rotating 2-2-3 schedule. Base pay $19.50/hr plus $1.00 shift differential. Benefits start day one and an on-demand pay program.

You will set up grinder workstation, feed scrap, inspect flowbins, log regrind, perform safety checks, and assist maintenance. The role requires basic math, reading/writing, and good manual dexterity, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or GED.
• Experience: No experience required; manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge: Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Physical: Able to lift up to 86 pounds individually; heavier with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Set up grinder workstation at shift start, ensuring proper positioning of skids and chutes.
• Manually feed scrap materials into grinder pit and monitor operations.
• Ensure scrap racks and flowbins are properly stacked and logged.
• Verify product feeds are consistent in color and log regrind data.
• Perform safety checks on flow bins and racks; assist maintenance as needed.
• Operate forklift and assist with daily safety inspections.
