Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Loading, Shipping, and Receiving Associate for the Lexington, TN site. Base pay starts at $18.25 per hour with a quarterly gainsharing bonus program. Hours are 6:30am - 4:30pm, with overtime expected.

Duties include reading production orders, meeting productivity and quality standards, crane operation, and manual material handling. Role requires standing 8–12 hours daily, climbing on/off equipment, lifting up to 60 pounds, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Read and understand a production order.
• Meet productivity and quality requirements.
• Use crane and manual handling of materials; document materials produced.
• Good communication with Team, Supervisor, and Management.
• Maintain promotability to Operator II and Operator III.

Responsibilities

• Standing and walking 8 to 12 hours everyday.
• Repetitive climbing on and off equipment and ladders.
• Varying and extreme working conditions outside (Hot, Cold, Rain, Shine).
• Includes all line equipment, processes and procedures.
• Detail and quality oriented.
