Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a production associate for the night shift to operate machinery, read production orders and support safety, quality and productivity goals. The role requires standing 8–12 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds, with forklift and overhead crane experience being a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a related production area preferred.
• Basic Microsoft knowledge required.
• Experience with forklift, overhead crane, bander, nail gun, saws and pneumatic equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Operates machine and instructs line help to safely meet production, customer, and company goals and requirements.
• Read and understand a production order.
• Meet company productivity and quality requirements.
• Use forklift, crane, and manual handling of materials; document materials produced.
• Maintain promotability to Operator II and Operator III.
• Stand/walk 8 to 12 hours daily.
• Communicate with Team, Supervisor, and Management.
