Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 11:00 pm–7:00 am) to fabricate components for final window assembly in a fast-paced setting. Forklift experience is required, with lifting of heavy materials as part of daily work.

The role offers a base pay of $17.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, with overtime when needed. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, and vision benefits from day one, plus PTO and other programs.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; prior manufacturing experience a plus.
• Team oriented, dependable and energetic with flexibility for day/night and weekend shifts.
• Read a tape, mechanically inclined; forklift and crane experience are beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repetitive operations to mass-produce window components.
• Support window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading and unloading materials.
• Operate hand or power tools, read work orders and schedules.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow supervisor instructions.
