Quanex in Winnebago, IL, seeks a Material Handler to move finished goods, stock and ship products on a nightly shift. You will scan items, print inventory activity, and prepare shipping documentation. The role requires forklift certification, strong reading and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work 8 hours on a night shift (10:45 pm–7:15 am).
• Forklift certification required.
• Proficient with computers and warehouse systems.
• Good reading ability, including packaging layouts.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock finished goods and pull customer orders.
• Scan finished goods during receipt, stocking, moving and shipping.
• Record and print inventory activity information.
• Enter and print shipping documentation.
• Load trucks with packaged finished goods.
• Assist with packaging finished goods as needed.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety guidelines.
