Job summary

MilliporeSigma in Wisconsin is seeking an Inventory/Materials Handler to receive all incoming materials, inspect for damage, store items, and prepare orders. You will operate RF scanners and power equipment to move goods and ensure accurate inventory records.

You will work Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, and collaborate with Procurement and Customer Interface teams to resolve shipping issues. A High School Diploma and 1+ year of experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of work experience.
• Experience with computers and RF scanning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming materials, supplies, equipment, and returned goods.
• Route or deliver material to storage or production areas.
• Safely operate material handling equipment including narrow-aisle and power equipment.
• Unload trailers, schedule dock appointments, and verify bills of lading.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage against SAP documentation.
• Store products using scanners and designated locations.
• Accurately select and stage products using power equipment.
• Pack and label orders following hazard regulations and internal procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by auditing counts and processing moves.
• Communicate with Procurement and Customer Interface teams to resolve issues.
