Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC in Indiana is seeking a Material Handler for night shifts to manage inbound/outbound materials, stock movement, and order preparation. You will load/unload, track inventory, and ensure GDP-compliant documentation in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–4 years of warehouse/inventory experience preferred.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret internal and supplier documentation (BOLs, packing slips, orders).
• Proficiency with computers and material-tracking systems required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound trucks carrying raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Receive, scan, count, move and prepare orders for internal departments and external vendors.
• Load/unload trucks and racks to supply manufacturing cells and external partners.
• Maintain accurate shipping/receiving paperwork per GDP and archive documents.
• Replenish stock and maintain inventory in assigned zones.
• Perform cycle counts and ensure high inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely following GMP and 5S standards.
• Use electronic systems to complete material movement transactions.
