Didion Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Material Handler for our packaging plant.

You will keep materials moving with forklifts and pallet jacks, maintain accurate inventory, stage materials for production, and support machine operators to keep workflows smooth. This role requires a high school diploma, forklift certification or ability to obtain it, strong attention to detail, teamwork and communication skills, and the flexibility for overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in material handling (manufacturing/packaging a big plus).
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Keep materials moving using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and organized storage areas.
• Stage materials for production to keep workflows smooth.
• Support machine operators and the production team.
• Monitor and restock packaging supplies to eliminate downtime.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols to keep everyone safe.
• Share ideas to improve processes and efficiency.
• Ensure quality and care in all materials handled.
