Job summary

NOW Health Group INC. seeks a skilled warehouse associate to support receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment operations at our Illinois facility. You will unload trailers, inspect materials, and prepare outbound shipments using forklifts, RF scanners, and Oracle transactions.

You’ll coordinate with multiple shifts and departments to ensure accurate inventory and on-time delivery. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED with experience in GMP/distribution settings and relevant

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Experience operating Turret trucks, Dock Stockers, Powered Pallet Jacks, Dock Plates and/or other raised platform vehicles preferred.
Experience in GMP and distribution environment, preferably food or pharmaceuticals, desired.
Certification in at least one of the following five areas: (1) RSL Order Fulfillment Dock Utility; (2) RSL Order Fulfillment LTL function; (3) RSL Order Fulfillment Stocking; (4) 391 BLM Receiving Warehouse; (5) 395 BLM Receiving Warehouse.

Responsibilities

Unloads and inspects trailers; verifies materials and quantities.
Palletizes and stretches outbound freight orders; loads shipments.
Uses Oracle for item inquiry, order organizer, shipment transactions and invoicing.
Communicates status updates across shifts and departments; supports safety and GMP compliance.
