Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a position that ensures safe and efficient operation of equipment for moving packages, documents, heavyweight freight, and hazardous materials. The role also assists with pallet buildup and breakdown and liaises with the ULD repair vendor as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs from ground to chest level.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and squat for designated work hours.
• Must communicate effectively in a noisy operations environment.
• May require climbing stairs or ladders and driving occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient operation of equipment used for moving packages/documents/heavyweight and hazardous goods.
• Assist in buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight.
• Serve as liaison between the company and ULD repair vendor as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
