Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a team member to operate equipment safely for moving packages, documents, and heavyweight freight. The role includes assisting with pallet buildup and breakdown and coordinating with the ULD repair vendor as needed.

Qualifications include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk and stand during shifts, and communicate well in a noisy environment. A valid driver’s license is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs from ground to chest level and maneuver packages over 50 lbs with assistance or equipment.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and squat for designated hours.
• Able to communicate effectively in a noisy operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe and efficient operation of equipment used for movement of packages/documents/heavyweight, dangerous goods and ULDs.
• Assists in buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight.
• Serves as liaison between company and ULD repair vendor as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
