Job summary

FedEx Group in Berkeley, MO seeks a warehouse associate to operate equipment safely for moving packages and heavy freight. You will assist in pallet buildup/breakdown and act as liaison with ULD repair vendors when required.

The role requires physical fitness to lift 50 lbs, operate in all weather, and work Mon–Fri 8:00 PM–1:00 AM. Base pay is $17.89 per hour with a $2.50 per hour premium, and EEO protections apply.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs from ground to chest level.
• Able to maneuver packages heavier than 50 lbs with equipment or assistance.
• Able to walk and stand for designated work hours.
• Able to bend and squat for designated work hours.
• Able to work in all weather conditions if required.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe and efficient operation of equipment used for the movement of packages/documents/heavyweight, dangerous goods and ULDs.
• Assists in the buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight.
• Serves as liaison between company and ULD repair vendor, as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
