Job summary

FedEx Group is seeking personnel to operate equipment safely for moving packages and pallets in a heavy-weight environment. The role requires assisting in pallet build/breakdown and coordinating with the ULD repair vendor as needed.

Expect to perform additional duties as assigned, with emphasis on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced setting. Valid driver’s license and ability to work in varying weather and shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs from ground to chest level.
• Able to maneuver packages of any weight with equipment or assistance.
• Must communicate effectively in a noisy operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient operation of equipment for moving packages.
• Assist in buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight.
• Serve as liaison between the company and ULD repair vendor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
