Celgard seeks a Manufacturing Tech – Night Shift in Concord, NC, reporting to the Production Supervisor. The role runs on a 12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule with a 24/7 site operation. Starting pay is $23.00 per hour plus night shift differential and potential overtime.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in plastics, film, or polymer coating manufacturing.
• Ability to operate and monitor multiple equipment in a fast-paced site.

• Operate various film manufacturing and processing equipment (extruders, laminators, ovens, coaters, mixers).
• Troubleshoot production problems and maintain safety and quality standards.
