Job summary

Celgard seeks an Associate Manufacturing Tech - Night Shift for its Concord, NC site. This role reports to the Production Supervisor and involves operating multiple manufacturing lines on a 12-hour night schedule (5:50pm-6:00am) in a 2-2-3 rotation.

Overtime is available and a $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in manufacturing, strong safety history, and the ability to work both independently and on a team, with good computer and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing/production experience.
• Ability to multi-task and set up/operate multiple machines.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Excellent attendance and safety record.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including extruders, laminators, ovens, slitters, coaters, mixers, and core slabber.
• Prepare chemical solutions and monitor chemical processes.
• Test product quality and maintain logs and records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow GMP.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and supervisors.
