Job summary

Celgard, LLC in Concord, NC is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Tech - Night Shift to join the production team. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and does not supervise others. The night shift runs 5:50pm–6:00am on a 2-2-3 schedule in a 24/7 site.

The starting pay is $18.50/hour plus a $1.20 shift premium with overtime time-and-a-half and a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments. Candidates should have a HS diploma and manufacturing experience with strong safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing/production experience.
• Good attendance and safety records.
• Ability to multi-task and operate multiple machines.
• Computer skills and ability to learn different software programs and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of industrial film manufacturing equipment (extruders, laminators, ovens, deployers, slitters, coaters, mixers).
• Prepare chemical solutions and monitor processes; test product quality to meet specs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and instrument malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; ensure quality meets standards.
• Train new and current employees and participate in cross-functional teams.
