Job summary

Celgard, LLC seeks an Associate Manufacturing Tech – Night Shift for its Concord, NC production team. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and requires operating 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, with potential overtime. Starting pay is $18.50/hour plus a $1.20 shift premium and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

The site runs 24/7 and emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The position demands a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing/production experience.
• Ability to multi-task and operate multiple machines.
• Computer skills and ability to learn software/scanners.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate various film manufacturing and processing equipment (Extruders, Laminators, Ovens, Coaters, etc.).
• Use powered industrial vehicles (PIVs) for material movement.
• Prepare chemical solutions and monitor processes.
• Test product quality and ensure standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work area.
