Job summary

Celgard, LLC in Concord, NC seeks an Associate Manufacturing Tech on the day shift to support production of membrane separators. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and does not supervise others. Starting pay is $18.50/hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

The position runs 12-hour day shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule in a 24/7 plant setting, with overtime opportunities and a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience with good attendance and safety records.
• Ability to set up and operate multiple machines and learn software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion, lamination, ovens, and related production equipment; use PVIs as needed.
• Prepare chemical solutions, monitor processes, and test product quality to specs.
• Troubleshoot production problems and maintain safe, clean work area.
• Maintain records and document key process events for traceability.
• Support data-driven decisions with Supply Chain to maximize throughput.
• Train new employees and participate in cross-functional teams.
