Job summary

Celgard, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor in Concord, NC, to lead a team of Manufacturing Technicians in the Conversion area. The role requires 12-hour shifts (6pm–6am) on a 2-2-3 schedule, with a 24/7 plant environment.

You will drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement while coordinating with the Production Manager. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with strong data skills, ISO/IATF knowledge a plus, and

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Conversion area (Deply, Slitting, Testing, Pack-Out, Backwinding).
• Supervise Manufacturing Technicians and plan manpower, equipment and resources.
• Drive safety initiatives, enforce safe work practices, and maintain 12-hour shift coverage.
• Coach and develop team members; assist in hiring and onboarding.
• Monitor KPIs, reduce downtime, and control material usage and costs.
• Ensure SOPs/SOC compliance; conduct shift reporting and variance investigations.
