Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills for reporting, and prior manufacturing or machine operator experience. The position offers 12-hour night shifts with a 2-2-3 schedule and competitive weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, machine operator, or production experience required.
• Basic computer skills for production reporting and data entry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and workplace safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support multiple processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support paper slitting and packaging machinery to meet production and quality goals.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products for packaging, staging, and shipment.
• Perform machine coverage duties during operator absences, breaks, and schedule gaps.
• Package finished products according to production specifications.
• Assist with machine changeovers and basic preventive maintenance.
• Complete production reporting, quality documentation, and data entry accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Cross-train on multiple production lines and equipment to support manufacturing operations.
