Job summary

Inline Plastics Corp. in Conyers, GA is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to oversee production operations on a 12-hour night schedule. This role supervises a team of production staff, coordinates daily activities, and ensures adherence to safety and quality standards on the factory floor.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing with at least 3 years in leadership, strong English communication, and the ability to train and develop staff. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment serving in progressive roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Must be able to supervise, work independently and keep abreast of all mechanical needs on the production floor.
• Must have the ability to read and write English in order to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Production Lead, Machine Operator, Production Operators, Warehouse Operators, and indirectly supervise Setup Technicians, Set-Up Mechanics, and QA Inspectors on individual shift.
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units in accordance with company policies and laws.
• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.
