Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or 2-year trade school degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Experience leading teams in a bargaining unit environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing Supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Oversee scheduling, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, training, and timecard approvals.
• Compile shift data and prepare reports for daily status meetings using Excel.
• Act as back-up for Manufacturing Supervisors and Management.
• Draft written manufacturing procedures and mentor team members to improve skills.
• Monitor KPIs, implement corrective actions, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
