Job summary

Element Resources DE LLC is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to coordinate and direct multiple teams in our battery recycling plant. The role requires motivating hourly workers, enforcing safety, and driving quality during night operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree is a plus.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• 5 years supervisory experience in a production environment preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
• Train, coach, mentor and lead plant hourly employees for improved performance.
• Encourage and engage in the development of hourly employees.
• Counsel and complete necessary documentation for training or corrective actions and violations of Plant Rules.
• Conduct regular employee performance evaluations.
• Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
• Schedule and conduct Tool Box Meetings with hourly employees daily.
