Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to own production performance, team leadership, and efficiency during overnight hours in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will lead frontline teams, enforce quality standards, and drive hands-on problem solving and coaching.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on assembly, grinding, stamping, production lead, CNC operations, or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing.
• Excellent knowledge of production management and quality control principles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the production team during the night shift.
• Ensure all production activities follow company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage the production team’s performance, providing guidance and feedback.
• Oversee assembly, grinding, stamping, and CNC processes in operations.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, health, safety, and productivity.
• Identify and resolve production problems and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.
• Provide regular reports on production activities and performance.
