Responsabilités

• Provide daily leadership to the department.
• Set crewing assignments and resolve crewing issues.
• Focus on safety through behavior based observations and actions.
• Monitor quality through the shift.
• Set clear performance expectations for the shift.
• Conduct 2-hour process checks at each line.
• Assist crews to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Provide troubleshooting and decision-making support to operators.
• Collaborate with the department Manager to maximize efficiency.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects.
