This role supervises on‑shift staff, coordinates equipment set‑ups, adjustments, and repairs, and ensures operations align with manuals and specifications.

The position requires 1–3 years in a GMP environment with strong communication, leadership, and Lean Six Sigma awareness.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in related field
• Experience in GMP environment (Preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry)
• Strong team player and motivated problem solver.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.

Aufgaben

• Monitors operators and equipment to ensure SOPs are followed and coach operators.
• Directs machine operators and service personnel in daily schedule and SOP requirements.
• Maintains production schedule by adjusting equipment to maximize performance and reports issues to management.
• Oversees process parameters and changes equipment for material or product changes.
• Inspects finished product for conformity with quality specifications and records.
• Promotes continuous improvement through quality and efficiency improvements.
• Assists with interviewing, selection, evaluation, and development of staff.
• Mentors trainers and operation specialists to drive business performance.
