Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 1st line midnight shift in its Operations department. You will supervise daily production, ensure safe operation of equipment, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to meet production and quality goals.

The role requires leadership of hourly staff, strong communication, and Lean Six Sigma knowledge to drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced industrial environment. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Previous leadership experience in Team Lead or supervisor role preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, supervises, and directs daily production operations to meet shift goals.
• Coordinates product flow and workforce information with other supervisors.
• Coaches and trains hourly employees to achieve safety and quality objectives.
• Participates in selecting and interviewing hourly staff.
• Evaluates employee performance and recommends promotions or transfers.
• Implements cost reductions and continuous improvements in methods or equipment.
• Oversees safety, housekeeping and emergency response procedures.
• Manages payroll hours approval and related reporting tasks.
