Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing, operations, or production leadership experience.
• Experience supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience with quality systems, production scheduling, and supply chain coordination.
• Previous leadership roles such as superintendent, operations manager, or senior supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior on-site operational leader on the third shift to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
• Coordinate production activities to achieve daily output, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Monitor performance and address issues impacting safety, quality, or productivity.
• Provide guidance to third‑shift Supervisors and escalate significant issues appropriately.
• Lead shift handoffs, daily reviews, and communication with plant leadership.
