Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent); Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• 5 years in a plastics or extrusion environment preferred.
• Must have organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Must possess good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively develop people and lead a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Dedicated to continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
