Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience as an Assembly Team Coordinator or equivalent supervision experience.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills to work with internal and external contacts at all levels.
• Ability to lead and develop others through support, training, etc.
• Understanding of production scheduling and basic computer tools.
• Must be self-motivated with a proven attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Leads, supports, and prioritizes production activities for third shift assembly teams.
• Ensures output meets customer requirements in cost, quality, and delivery.
• Maintains safe work environment and enforces Health and Safety policies.
• Tracks performance and attendance, manages workload to meet the production schedule.
