Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Manufacturing leadership experience in heavy industrial nonwoven or related industries preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Safety-focused leader with hands-on management style.
• Experience with production metrics, reporting systems, and manufacturing technologies.
• Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first operations across the night shift.
• Drive production performance to meet quality and efficiency goals.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Communicate production priorities and schedule changes to the team.
• Conduct shift handoffs and support daily planning.
• Coach, mentor, and develop hourly employees.
• Support hiring, training, performance management, and development.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
