Job summary

You will follow batch procedures, verify product identifications, and ensure FDA/GMP/OSHA compliance. Overtime and shift flexibility support a rotating 12-hour schedule to keep lines productive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to communicate line information to production and support groups.
• Ability to read and follow work order documents.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and perform repairs.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and cover vacations or roving holidays.

Responsibilities

• Start up and shutdown equipment per procedures.
• Clear jams and downtime issues on the line.
• Report abnormal equipment function or product problems to Supervisor.
• Safely operate all equipment and report safety incidents.
• Maintain 5S and clean work area; keep records tidy.
• Document Production Counts, Material Usage/Losses, and Batch Work Orders.
• Adhere to isolation procedures and correct product status identifications.
• Ensure adequate supply of materials and monitor usage.
• Troubleshoot and adjust as needed to maintain quality.
• Ensure products/materials have correct codes and expiration dates.
• Inspect products and materials for acceptable appearance and status.
• Comply with FDA, GMP, OSHA, and Abbott regulations.
