Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Some college or vocational schooling is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards for infant formula and nutritionals is desirable.
• Prior food manufacturing or batch process experience with GMP and computer-controlled systems is desired.
• Good written, verbal, computer, and mechanical skills; teamwork and safety focus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare/operate/monitor/document bulk slurries for blending operations.
• Prepare/operate/monitor/document computer-controlled heat treatment processes.
• Prepare/operate/monitor/document computer-controlled blending processes.
• Weigh, document, and stage using a computer-controlled weigh system for batch ingredients.
• Operate CIP system for manufacturing equipment and materials.
• Perform line work operations and maintain GMP compliance with documentation.
• Handle receipt/transport of bulk raw ingredients and CIP chemicals.
• Support other duties as assigned.
