Job summary

Abbott Nutrition, Tipp City, OH, is hiring for a Packaging Equipment Operator to safely run and maintain packaging lines. You will participate in a structured training plan, perform PMs, and assist in ensuring efficient production of infant nutrition products at our Tipp City facility.

You will work on the 2A Crew with rotating shifts, adhere to safety and quality standards, and contribute to a team focused on reliability and continuous improvement at Abbott Nutrition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating packaging equipment preferred.
• Basic troubleshooting skills required.
• Willingness to learn through training provided by Abbott.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the packaging equipment in your department.
• Become fully trained on all equipment pieces in your area.
• Troubleshoot equipment and address issues before calling Maintenance.
• Perform routine PMs and basic maintenance tasks as trained.
• Maintain hand tools and power tools and keep equipment in good condition.
