Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Manufacturing Associate at the Columbus, Ohio plant in the Nutrition Division. You will be responsible for producing liquid nutritional products, handling ingredients, and maintaining quality and safety throughout the shift.

You will perform CIP/COP cleaning, document procedures, and operate automated equipment, contributing to compliant, efficient operations on weekend nights and supporting Abbott’s dedication to health and nutrition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to continuously lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
• Experience in plant production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality and safety system.
• Manufacture of liquid adult and pediatric nutritional products; handle raw ingredients and operate equipment.
• Perform cleaning-in-place (CIP) and cleaning-out-of-place (COP); routine housekeeping.
• Document manufacturing steps and maintain accurate work orders and procedures.
• Operate and monitor computer-controlled systems and bulk slurry preparation for blending processes.
