Job summary

Abbott in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Production Specialist Operator for the 12-hour night shift (6:00pm–6:30am) with rotating onsite days at the Columbus Plant, part of the Nutrition Division. You will safely operate equipment for filling, processing and sterilizing, monitor sterility tests, complete work orders, maintain a clean, compliant workplace, and collaborate across teams.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of production experience, with preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of production/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Preferred: aseptic fill and sanitation experience; forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production equipment for filling, processing and sterilizing tasks.
• Monitor charts and perform tests to ensure sterility.
• Complete work orders and related documentation accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with standards.
• Communicate effectively within the department and across the plant.
• Maintain and replenish production materials; assist with housekeeping.
