Responsibilities

• Start up and shutdown equipment per procedures.
• Clear jams and downtime issues on the line.
• Report abnormal equipment function or product problems to the Supervisor.
• Operate equipment safely and report incidents or hazards.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and proper tool usage.
• Record production counts, material usage, and batch work orders.
• Adhere to product isolation procedures and correct labeling.
• Ensure materials have proper IDs, codes, and expiration dates.
• Inspect products and materials for acceptable appearance.
• Comply with FDA, GMP, OSHA, and Abbott regulations.
• Meet compliance standards including FDA/OSHA/Abbott policies.
