Job summary

Kennametal Stellite Inc. in Orwell, Ohio, is seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator II for a 12-hour night shift on site.

You will build heats for Innova, Cemecon and Mega PVD furnaces, perform routine cleaning, and verify parts per route card, while maintaining 5S standards and safety requirements. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read routings, and hands-on experience with automated equipment and robotics controls.

Qualifications

• Able to follow safety procedures and 5S standards.
• Proficient in reading routings and production documents.
• Familiar with inspecting inserts and assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Build heats for PVD furnaces and load/remove fixtures.
• Perform daily PM clean and maintain 5S standards.
• Record production data and verify parts per route card.
• Coordinate with shifts to maintain continuous operation.
