Job summary

You will work with electrical controls, hydraulics, welding, and fabrication, performing medium to high-level troubleshooting and supporting manufacturing operations 24/7.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years in industrial mechanical maintenance or 4 years in a related field.
• Technical or vocational training in maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics, electrical diagrams, and manuals.
• Familiarity with GMP, OSHA, FDA, and food safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests; determine tools, parts, and time needed.
• Read blueprints and schematics; diagnose faults and repair equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, packaging, and slicing machinery.
• Fabricate replacement parts with welding, cutting or sheet metal work.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical controls and piping systems.
• Keep records of work orders, safety checks, and maintenance logs.
