US Waffle Company, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Hazelwood, MO facility to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment in a food processing environment.

You will perform preventive maintenance, read blueprints, and support safety and quality goals. The role requires strong problem-solving, familiarity with OSHA and GMP policies, and the ability to work 40 hours per week on-site with 24/7 on-call availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years in industrial mechanical maintenance or 4 years direct experience.
• Technical diploma/associate degree in maintenance preferred.
• Able to work in a team and interact with all levels of staff and contractors.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Experience with CMMS software and basic office tools.

Responsabilités

• Review work orders to determine tools, time, and parts needed.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and manuals to troubleshoot.
• Disassemble and repair mechanical/electrical systems; test and adjust.
• Perform preventive maintenance and install new equipment per specs.
• Maintain logs and records; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
