Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
• 2-3 years experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food, medical, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Certifications in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, or ammonia are highly preferred.
• Willingness to overtime and varied shifts including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems per schedule.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and ammonia systems.
• Operate and maintain CMMS documentation and maintenance logs.
• Monitor readings and respond to alerts to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety and food safety policies are followed.
