Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle in Cincinnati is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain high-speed packaging equipment and end-of-line automation. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and support safety and lean initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5 years of relevant experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields, with an Associate's or related certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of proven experience in electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic fields.
• Associates Degree in Electronics or certificate in applied electrical maintenance preferred.
• Manufacturing facility experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of NFPA 40E, safety, lockout/tagout, HAZMAT and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-speed packaging and end-of-line automation equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Provide technical support to supervisors and production staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S and ISO audit regulations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment quickly.
• Document maintenance tasks and operate CMMS system.
