Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to operate and maintain high-speed packaging and manufacturing equipment in a food production facility. You will apply autonomous maintenance practices, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, and contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency goals.

The role requires hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, CMMS, and a strong understanding of electrical schematics, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and mechanical drive trains.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial maintenance in a food manufacturing environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical schematics and ladder logic.
• Familiarity with CMMS and asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, and efficiency targets.
• Lead autonomous and progressive maintenance activities to reduce losses.
• Read schematics and diagnose electrical/mechanical faults in a fast-paced facility.
• Collaborate with teams across departments to ensure reliable production.
