Perfetti Van Melle USA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 12-hour night shift in Erlanger, KY. The role focuses on high-speed packaging and end-of-line automation equipment, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, and supporting safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will guide operators and line mechanics, follow CMMS maintenance programs, adhere to GMP and OSHA standards, and participate in 5S and ISO audits while

Qualifikationen

• Must have 5 years of proven experience in electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields.
• Certificate or Associates degree in relevant electrical/ Electronics preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of NFPA 40E, GMP, and safety standards.

Aufgaben

• Maintain high-speed packaging and end-of-line automation equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Provide technical guidance to supervisors and production staff.
• Support safety, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing projects.
• Troubleshoot electrical/electronic and mechanical issues, including PLCs.
• Follow CMMS maintenance schedules and document activities.
