Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1.5 years in manufacturing or food production preferred.
• Strong MS Office and collaboration tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging/process equipment to meet quality targets.
• Maintain safety, food safety, and good manufacturing practices.
• Monitor product quality, weight, packaging, and code dates.
• Assist maintenance with repairs and troubleshooting.
• Coach teammates to uphold standards and training needs.
