Job summary

Ditsch USA LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 24/5 food manufacturing facility. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment, while supporting continuous improvement projects and acting as a technical resource.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years in manufacturing, experience with PLCs and VFDs, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work third shift on site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with PLCs and VFDs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment.
• Use CMMS to document issues and create work orders.
• Maintain facility and equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
• Keep a clean, organized work area.
• Identify issues and pursue improvements; support 24/5 operation.
• Follow safety, GMP, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Record-keeping of WO’s, PM’s, shift reports, parts and labor details.
