Job summary

TXM INC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a high‑throughput Joliet distribution facility.

The role focuses on electrical and mechanical maintenance of automated storage systems and conveyors, with a 12.5‑hour night shift schedule (5pm–5:30am) and a strong emphasis on preventative and reactive maintenance. You will operate in a fast‑paced environment, perform PLC, sensor, motor, inverter and hydraulic/pneumatic tasks, and document breakdowns in the CMMS for continuous improvement and

Qualifications

2–3 years of Electrical and Mechanical maintenance on conveyors/material handling equipment.
Experience in a high-pressurized maintenance environment.
Experience with PLC systems, sensors, motors, inverters, control panels, hydraulics, pneumatics and gearboxes.

Responsibilities

12.5-hour Night shifts (5pm–5:30am) on a 2-2-3 Panama Schedule (subject to change).
Carry out preventative, reactive and planned maintenance across the site and contribute to continuous improvement.
Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated storage and retrieval systems and storage/picking systems.
